Major Air India Plane Crash in Ahmedabad: Odisha Leaders Express Condolences

Bhubaneswar : A significant plane crash occurred in Ahmedabad on Thursday afternoon involving an Air India flight heading to London. The aircraft faced an accident during takeoff, resulting in extensive loss of life and property. As rescue operations are ongoing, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has expressed deep sorrow over this tragic incident.

In a tweet on social media platform X, the Chief Minister stated, "I am deeply saddened by the Air India Ahmedabad-London plane crash. I pray for all passengers, crew members, and their families. May Lord Jagannath grant a swift recovery to all affected. During such a difficult time, Odisha stands in solidarity with the people of Gujarat."

Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singhdeo also expressed his condolences, stating his heartfelt sympathies to the families of the deceased. Similarly, Deputy Chief Minister Prabhat Tripathy shared his grief over the incident, extending condolences to the affected families during this tragic time.
