PM Modi to Lead Roadshow in Bhubaneswar on June 20 to Mark One Year of BJP Govt in Odisha
Massive preparations underway as PM set to address public at Janata Maidan during his visit
Bhubaneswar : Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Bhubaneswar on June 20 to participate in a special event commemorating the first anniversary of the BJP-led government in Odisha. As part of his visit, the Prime Minister will lead a grand roadshow through the capital city.
A high-level preparatory meeting was convened at the BJP state headquarters in Bhubaneswar to finalize the details of the visit. The meeting was attended by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida, BJP State President Manmohan Samal, and several Cabinet Ministers. The leaders reviewed the logistics and discussed strategies to ensure smooth conduct of the programme.
According to the plan, Prime Minister Modi will arrive at the Biju Patnaik International Airport at around 2 PM. From there, he will embark on a roadshow leading up to Janata Maidan. The event is expected to draw massive public participation as the Prime Minister is set to address a large gathering.
During his speech at Janata Maidan, Modi will highlight the key achievements and development initiatives of the Mohan Majhi-led government over the past year. The BJP aims to use this opportunity to showcase its performance and reinforce public support for its governance in the state.
Party leaders have indicated that elaborate security and crowd management arrangements will be in place to ensure the roadshow and rally proceed without disruptions. This visit marks Modi’s first public engagement in Odisha after the BJP formed its maiden government in the state.
