Bhubaneswar : In a tragic incident at Bhima Bhoi Medical College and Hospital in Balangir district, a man sustained critical injuries after accidentally falling from the second floor on Monday.
The injured person has been identified as Purnachandra Sahoo, a resident of the Kharasalpada area in Balangir town. Reports suggest that Sahoo had come to the hospital for a routine doctor’s consultation when he allegedly slipped and fell from the second floor under unclear circumstances.
Hospital authorities immediately rushed him for emergency treatment. He remains in critical condition, and doctors are closely monitoring his status. An investigation into the exact cause of the fall is expected.
