Mastermind of ₹65 Lakh Railway Job Scam Arrested in Berhampur
Fake admit cards, forged documents, and medical tests used to lure job aspirants

Bhubaneswar : Berhampur police on Friday arrested A. Vighneshwar Rao Dora of Kukudakhandi for allegedly running a major job scam, duping multiple aspirants of over ₹65 lakh by falsely promising employment with Indian Railways.
The fraud surfaced after one victim, S. Krushnachandra Dora, filed a police complaint. Investigation revealed that Vighneshwar posed as a well-connected middleman, forged documents including admit cards and appointment letters, and even arranged fake medical tests to deceive hopeful candidates.
Police seized fake railway documents during his arrest and believe the racket may have operated in other locations as well. A deeper probe is underway.
